This website is a marketing and inquiry site operated by Creative Juice Lab LLC for Tyler Burlison / eXp Realty. Optional Client Portal tools may be used in a live transaction with Tyler. Engine billing and admin automation are not in market until 2026-10-01.

Site and software: This website and optional Client Portal tools are owned and operated by Creative Juice Lab LLC, a technology provider. Creative Juice Lab LLC is not a licensed real estate brokerage.

Real estate brokerage services: Buying, selling, and related professional services are provided by Tyler Burlison, a licensed real estate professional with eXp Realty, serving Chicagoland.

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

• Lucy chat: name, phone number, email address, a short description of what you need help with, and the conversation transcript.
• Optional accounts: name, email, phone, and account credentials (passwords are handled by our authentication provider). After you sign up, you may also provide household details (for example, names and counts of kids or pets) in your family profile.
• Surveys: Dream Home (buyer) and Seller survey answers—including preferences, property details, timelines, and contact preferences—linked to your account when you submit them.
• Portal messages: topic-based conversations you start with Tyler in the Message Center.
• Document Vault: transaction files Tyler stores for your deal, when that workspace is connected — not a billed document product. Files you or Tyler upload for your transaction (such as pre-approvals, contracts, or disclosures), plus related metadata (file name, category, and who uploaded them).
• Team preferences: professionals you select or add (for example, lenders or inspectors) and any notes you send when requesting Tyler's help with outreach.
• Technical data: basic session and security information needed to keep you signed in and run the site (see Cookies below).

We use your information to provide real estate services with Tyler Burlison—including responding to inquiries, optional Client Portal tools used in a live transaction with Tyler, supporting your home search or sale, storing transaction documents when that workspace is connected, coordinating with professionals you choose, and operating and securing this platform. We do not sell your personal information for third-party marketing. Engine billing and admin automation are not in market until 2026-10-01.

Lucy is an on-site inquiry assistant; messages may be processed with AI; completing chat asks Tyler to follow up. When you chat with Lucy, your messages may be processed using artificial intelligence (AI) services so we can understand your request and collect the details Tyler needs. Completing the chat requests that Tyler be notified of your inquiry so he can follow up. Lucy's responses are for convenience and routing—not legal, tax, or financial advice. Lucy is not a billed product.

SMS is a one-way lead alert to Tyler’s agent line only — not a consumer marketing list, not Engine. When a website visitor completes the Lucy chat with enough contact details, our system may send a short SMS notification only to the authorized real estate agent, Tyler Burlison. That message summarizes the lead (for example, name, phone, and reason for reaching out) so he can follow up promptly.

• Recipients: SMS is sent only to Tyler Burlison (or his designated agent line)—not to website visitors.
• Message frequency: Occasional. Messages are sent only when a new lead is submitted through Lucy—not on a marketing schedule.
• Message and data rates may apply to the agent's mobile service for receiving notifications.

Completing the Lucy chat does not enroll you in a consumer marketing text program. Tyler may still contact you about your real estate inquiry by phone, email, or other normal business methods you prefer.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers with other companies for advertising. Numbers from Lucy, surveys, or your portal account are used so Tyler can contact you about your real estate matter and, where applicable, to send one-way lead alerts to Tyler only. If you select a Supported Partner or request an intro, we share your contact details with that partner only so they can reach you (see Supported Partners).

If you create an optional account or complete a survey:

• Survey answers and household details help Tyler personalize your search or sale plan.
• Portal messages are stored so you and Tyler can coordinate in one place.
• Document Vault: transaction files Tyler stores for your deal, when that workspace is connected — not a billed document product. Files may be stored in Tyler's secure systems, which can include Google Drive under Tyler's connected workspace, so he can review and organize materials for your deal. Only authorized people working on your transaction should access these files through the platform's design.
• If you select a Supported Partner or request outreach, we share your name, phone, email, and relevant transaction details with that partner so they can contact you. Adding your own contacts is saved so Tyler can help coordinate.

Supported Partners: optional intros Tyler sends; some listings are CJL paid placements; not Engine auto-email. Supported Partners shown in the Client Portal may include paid placements arranged by Creative Juice Lab LLC. Tyler is not selling those listings. If you select a partner or request outreach, we share your name, phone, email, and relevant transaction details with that partner only so Tyler can introduce you. Tyler sends that introduction; we do not auto-email the partner. That is not enrollment in the partner's general marketing list. We do not sell or share your number with other companies for advertising.

Sign-in uses Firebase Auth in the browser. We use essential storage to keep you signed in. YouTube, Maps, and Google/Firebase may set third-party cookies. We do not run ad pixels.

We use trusted technology providers solely to run this platform and deliver services. Categories may include:

• Hosting and application infrastructure
• Database and authentication services
• Messaging services (for agent lead notifications)
• AI services (to process Lucy conversations and certain admin tools)
• Google services (for example Drive for documents, and calendar/email tools Tyler may connect for his work)
• CRM and transaction tools Tyler may connect for operations (used under his professional systems—not for selling your data for ads)

Those providers process data to support our services and are not authorized to use your information for their own marketing.
