Optional Client Portal tools may be used in a live transaction with Tyler to share preferences, messages, team contacts, and transaction documents so he can facilitate your real estate matter. This optional account is for clients working with Tyler — not a public open network. Use of those tools is limited to legitimate real estate service needs with Tyler.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your optional account. Provide accurate contact information so Tyler can reach you. We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe an account is misused, compromised, or used for unlawful purposes.

You may send messages and upload documents when optional Client Portal tools are used in a live transaction with Tyler. Document Vault: transaction files Tyler stores for your deal, when that workspace is connected — not a billed document product. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Tyler and this platform permission to store and use it as needed to provide real estate services (for example, reviewing a pre-approval letter or coordinating closing paperwork). Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. Tyler may rely on documents and information you provide; you are responsible for their accuracy.

Lucy is an on-site inquiry assistant; messages may be processed with AI; completing chat asks Tyler to follow up. Our site assistant, Lucy, helps visitors share contact details and the reason for reaching out. Lucy may use artificial intelligence to process messages. Lucy is not a billed product. Lucy is not a substitute for professional advice—including legal, tax, financial, or brokerage advice. When you complete the Lucy chat, you are requesting that Tyler Burlison be notified of your inquiry so he can follow up by phone, email, or other appropriate contact methods.

SMS is a one-way lead alert to Tyler’s agent line only — not a consumer marketing list, not Engine. The SMS campaign associated with this website is a one-way notification system to the agent only. It alerts Tyler Burlison when a new lead is submitted through Lucy.

• Messages are sent to the authorized agent line—not as a two-way marketing campaign to the public.
• Message frequency is occasional: only when a new lead is submitted.
• Message and data rates may apply to the agent's carrier.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages to website visitors through this SMS program. Completing the Lucy chat does not enroll you in a consumer marketing SMS list. Visitor phone numbers may be used by Tyler to return your call or message about your real estate request using normal business communication practices.

Supported Partners: optional intros Tyler sends; some listings are CJL paid placements; not Engine auto-email. Supported Partners shown in the Client Portal may include paid placements arranged by Creative Juice Lab LLC. Tyler is not selling those listings. If you select a partner or request outreach, we share your name, phone, email, and relevant transaction details with that partner only so Tyler can introduce you. Tyler sends that introduction; we do not auto-email the partner. That is not enrollment in the partner's general marketing list. We do not sell or share your number with other companies for advertising.

Sign-in uses Firebase Auth in the browser. We use essential storage to keep you signed in. YouTube, Maps, and Google/Firebase may set third-party cookies. We do not run ad pixels.

You agree not to misuse the site, portal, or chat (for example, submitting false contact information, harassment, spam, unauthorized access attempts, or uploading harmful files). We may refuse or limit service when use appears abusive or unlawful.

The website, optional Client Portal tools, and Lucy chat are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Creative Juice Lab LLC, Tyler Burlison, and eXp Realty are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or those tools, chat delays, AI-generated responses, document storage tools, or delivery of SMS notifications to the agent.
